A storytelling podcast

The stories of
what happened to us,
and who we're still becoming.

Real people. Unscripted conversations. The moments we can't stop being shaped by — whether we wanted to be or not.

The belief behind the show

"It is impossible not to love someone once you know their story."

Anchor Moments is a podcast about the experiences that made us who we are. Not the highlight reel — the real stuff. The moments we carry. The ones that changed everything.

Everyone has a story

No one is too ordinary.
No one is excluded.

The cashier. The refugee. The soccer mom. The quiet neighbor. The loud advocate. The person you'd never expect to have something profound to say — and who turns out to have the most profound thing you've ever heard.

That's who this show is for. And that's who this show is about.

"The anchor isn't always the event. It's often the response to it. The absence. The person who was supposed to show up and didn't."

"Guests don't need to be through their journey to share it. You just need to have lived something real."

"You are already part of someone's anchor moment. Carry that with kindness."

What it looks like

A conversation, not an interview.
Your story, in your voice.

1

We talk first

A casual 30-minute conversation — no commitment, no pressure. Just you and Krista getting to know each other and seeing if it feels right.

2

You share your story

A 60–75 minute recorded conversation over Riverside.fm. Camera optional. You lead. Krista listens and asks. Nothing goes anywhere without your sign-off.

3

You approve everything

You hear the edited episode before anyone else. Your word is final. Always. Nothing goes live without your explicit approval.

Your story deserves
to be heard.

You don't need a dramatic story. You don't need to be through it. You just need something real — and the willingness to share it.
